  • Job Context: Concord Pharmaceuticals Ltd is one of the growing pharmaceutical industries in the country is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to contribute to the company`s sales objectives and business growth. The position will be responsible for supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. As a National sales manager, he should use his creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
  • Job Description:
    • Responsible for developing and implementation of effective sales strategies as well as lead nationwide sales team-members to achieve primary and secondary sales target.
    • Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase Rx.
    • Coordinate with field forces for ensuring proper & timely sales collections.
    • Management of promotional budgets and costs.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
    • Liaise with Product Management Department to ensure brand consistency.
    • Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/ control.
    • Ensure implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) norms and standards.
    • Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
    • Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements
  • Educational Requirements: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Pharmacy or equivalent degree. MBA in Marketing shall be added advantage.
  • Experience Requirements: 15 to 18 year(s)
  • Additional Requirements:
    • The candidate should have 15-18 years in Sales (Pharmaceutical field), of which at least 5 years in a managerial position at any reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives, area managers, staff, etc.
    • Expertise in data analysis and in building successful strategies using data driven analysis that drive business results.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
    • Strong network with clients working in the Pharmaceutical Business.
