Job Description:
- Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Monitor sales regarding team building, prescription target achievement, promotional activities & sales achievement.
- Responsibility includes motivating, leading and directing total team members and able to achieve company set objectives including sales and collections target.
- Coordinating with distribution department to assure in time and cost-effective delivery of goods in respective area.
- Coordinates the Tour Daily Work Plan, Delivery Schedule of Product Associate assuring the needful and maximum outcome of the work.
- Will cross-check all routine activities like Tour Plan, Daily Call Report, Delivery Schedule, Monthly Report, Expense Bills and orders for goods supply of his subordinates regularly assuring the optimum level of perfection in each area.
Job Requirements
- Age Specification: At most 32 years
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Master degree from any recognized university
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
- A least 2 years experience in similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical company
- Willing to travel extensively and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh
- Dynamic, hard working, self-driven attitude, willing to learn, result-oriented and proficiency in English and Bangla, both spoken and written
