Job Description:
- Provide leadership to team members by understanding and communicating business strategy and priorities
- Responsible for development, execution, and overall team performance
- Training and development support for team members to ensure high competencies and individual development and growth
- Analysis of execution by team against business plan and KPIs to identify issues, barriers and best practices
Job Requirements
- Age Specification: 30 to 35 years
- Educational Requirements: Graduate/ Masters in any discipline, preferably science up to HSC
- Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
