Job Description:
- Preparing and reviewing of microbiological SOP, specifications, test method and test method validation
- Ensuring qualification of lab equipment, area, water system, gowning etc.
- Ensuring online documentation and maintaining data integrity at all stages
- Preparing the lab and other areas for the regulatory audit
- Testing, evaluating individual batches of materials (Raw and packaging) and finished products ensuring microbiological compliance with the quality system and regulatory requirement
- Ensuring equipment qualifications, calibration and maintenance used in Microbiology lab
- Ensuring the environmental monitoring, checking personnel documentation of manufacturing, microbiology lab and analyzing trend of these activities
- Ensuring process simulation/media fill of aseptic process with proper documentation
- Carrying out self-inspection of the department, implementation of Good laboratory practice and keeping the department ready for any audit all the time
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: MS in Microbiology from any recognized university with good academic result
- Experience Requirements: 7 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
- 7 to 8 years of experiences in reputed pharmaceutical company
- Experiences in cephalosphorin area will be added advantage
