Job Description:
- Responsible for overall sales management of a particular region
- Develop and manage a sales team in order to achieve sales & productivity target and meet other corporate objectives
- Explore new business avenues constantly to increase OPL market share
- Be responsive and proactive towards managing issues related to sales and marketing activities
- Train & assist sales colleagues to improve their technical & selling skills
- Promote corporate culture & values for upholding company image
