DBL Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for talented and aspiring individual as Deputy Manager, Medical Services and Training.
  • Job Description:
    • Organizing Clinical meetings, scientific symposia, seminars in collaboration with medical experts from home and abroad;
    • Keeping a close tab on updated medical information;
    • Analyze clinical insights or needs from top the country's KOLs/KAM and share it with the internal stakeholders;
    • Manage the publications of various medical journals/periodicals;
    • Pro-active role in strategy & planning of medico marketing initiative in consultation with product management team;
    • Design and implement training for Sales force in consultation with Sales Manager and PMD;
    • Develop lectures on different modules including human physiology, pharmacology, major products etc.
    • Conduct oral & written test for monitoring trainee performance & progress and develop questionnaire for trainee evaluation
    • Monitor and review the progress through field visits to evaluate the application of learning at workplace.
    • Support to Business Units by providing medical inputs and work in close collaboration with Business Unit in executing cross functional activities
    • To provide internal medical guidance and trainings to Marketing and Sales staff (train the trainers sessions), involvement in local affiliates trainings etc.

Job Requirements
  • Educational Requirements: MBBS from a reputed institution with BMDC certification.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • At least 8 year(s)
    • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
    • Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
