Chromium Picolinate is a biologically active organic Chromium. Selenium and Zinc are essential minerals. It contains Vitamins of the B group, including the Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), also known as Antineuritic Vitamin.

Dosage & Administration
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in people receiving treatment for diabetes.
