Osify-hydroxyapatite complex (OHC) is a protein-mineral compound that's used to prevent bone loss and treat conditions like osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Dosage & Administration
Typical dosage of ossein-hydroxyapatite is two 830 mg tablets twice daily; each tablet contains 178 mg elemental calcium, for a daily total of 712 mg elemental calcium.
