Each capsule contains-

• Epimedium sagittatum Extract 500 mg (equivalent to 50 mg Icariins),
• Maca (Lepidium meyenii ) Root 125 mg,
• Tribulus terrestris Fruit Extract 37.5 mg,
• Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) Root Extract 50 mg,
• Muira Puama Bark Extract 10 mg,
• Polypodium vulgare Root Extract 10 mg,
• Panax ginseng Extract 10 mg,
• Black Pepper Extract 2.5 mg and L-Arginine (as L-Arginine HCI) 50 mg.

Epimedium sagittatum, also known as Horny Goat Weed, is an herb from the Epimedium genus. The medicinal properties of the plant are primarily found in the leaves and roots, which contain flavonol glycosides and icariin. Epimedium sagittatum has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to help boost libido and energy, as well as enhance sexual health and performance.

The major active component of Epimedium sagittatum (Horny Goat Weed) is icariin. Icariin acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, which increases blood flow to the penis and improves sexual function. Maca root has been shown to enhance sexual desire and increase sperm count and motility.The potential bioactive ingredients in maca include macaridine, macamides, macaene, glucosinolates, maca alkaloids & maca nutrients. Tribulus terrestris fruit extract contains steroidal glycosides (saponins), which increase energy levels, boost various sex hormones and improve sperm count and motility. Tongkat Ali increases the frequency and duration of sexual performance. It can also help boost sex drive and protect the body from stress. Epimedium sagittatum may have negative interactions with certain medications, including warfarin, Amitriptyline, cyclosporine, phenytoin, nitrates, estrogen, clarithromycin,erythromycin & drugs causing hypotension.

Some individuals may experience side effects, which can include difficulty breathing, a racing heart, sweating & feelings of being hot.

Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.

Epimedium sagittatum might slow blood clotting. This might increase the risk of bleeding during surgery. Stop taking horny goat weed at least 2 weeks before surgery. People should not take horny goat weed if they have hormone sensitive cancer, as the herb has been shown to promote estrogen production. People with heart disease should avoid horny goat weed, as it can potentially lead to rapid, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath and excitability.
