- Educational Requirements: M.Pharma/M.Sc from any recognized university. MBA degree will add additional value.
- Experience Requirements: 20 to 25 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing in a well-reputed pharmaceuticals company and having experience in similar responsibilities
- Should have sound knowledge about GMP, WHO guideline
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market
- High level of self-confidence with ability to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to initiate a study to develop appropriate proactive strategies and policies to support long term strategic plan
