Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all Research & Development activities, including formulation development and analytical development for new pharmaceutical products.
- Drive product development from concept to commercial launch, including formulation design, process optimization, and technical documentation.
- Develop and review analytical methods for APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and finished products using modern analytical instruments.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for dossier preparation, ANDA submissions, deficiency responses, and timely submission of supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards while developing, mentoring, and training the R&D team to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements
- Age Specification: Age At least 40 years
- Educational Requirements: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
