Description

Ivermectin & Clorsulon injection kills many types of internal and external parasites in a single dose that impair the health & productivity of Cattle, Buffalo, Horse, Goat, Sheep & Dog. Ivermectin binds selectively and with high affinity to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels which occur in invertebrate nerve & muscle cells. This leads to an increase in the permeability of the cell membrane to chloride ions with hyperpolarization of nerves or muscle cells resulting in paralysis & death of the parasites. Clorsulon is a compound of benezenesulphonamides family work as flukicide drug. Clorsulon kills parasites by inhibiting the enzymes involved in the glycolytic pathway, the primary source of energy of flukes. It also depress the ATP level in the flukes.
