Job Description:
- The primary role of Product Management in the pharmaceutical industry is to manage the existing product line of the pharmaceutical organization, brand establishment and brand building and also new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and execution.
- Internal and External Analysis:
- Arrange and use strategic market analysis and improve strategic decisions about products of company.
- Provide in-depth market, competitive analysis and positioning.
- Analyze the market, sales potential and expenses, and prepare short-term forecasts for existing products.
- Support in using strategic brand analysis to improve product brand.
- Prepare revenue forecast by analyze market potential for the existing and new product.
- Identify and monitor potential customer requirements and satisfaction. Plan product as per customer requirement and draw implication from consumer insights analysis.
- Keep the current industry trends and regulatory changes, find potential opportunities for new product development and impact to existing products.
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is up to date on new developments.
- Product Development and Planning:
- Responsible for organizing all marketing activities for launching company brand.
- Development and implementation of annual plans for the brand and make sure that plan deliver the brand value and business value.
- Product manager design the measurement tools for the product plan
- Manage points for brands like a brand packaging, wherever appropriate participate in cross-functional teams for product planning or brand improvements.
- Conduct and analyze market and research to determine future new products and old product improvements.
- Marketing and Brand Management:
- Prepare and find the best promotional communications plan to achieve objectives , design to differentiate the products from other competitors, maintain leadership position, and increase awareness.
- Develop overall promotional and media activities to achieve Brand objectives.
- Test, monitor, and evaluate marketing tactics and adjust plans accordingly.
- Set goals and measure impact of promotional campaign which is required for the product growth.
- Execute the brand strategy through implementation of tactics and develop promotional materials and ensure proper distribution in time for each cycle.
- Financial Focus:-
- Manage brand to achieve sales and profit targets and develop pricing strategies.
- Ensure programs meet ROI (Return of investments) requirements
- Ensure Regulatory Management:
- Responsible for overseeing regulatory activities as per DGDA regulations.
- Gain legal, regulatory, medical and distribution approval of all materials.
- Ensure all documentation and filing system relevant with DGDA.

Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Masters of Pharmacy/Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Experience Requirements: 6-8 years related experience

Additional Requirements:
- Good pharmaceutical knowledge in business, marketing and sales.
- Must be goal oriented.
- Must have excellent analytical, logical and mathematical skills.
- Visit at different parts of Bangladesh.
- Excellent presentation skill.
