Job Description:
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Ensuring the proper utilization of the resources through team members
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Masters/Bachelor in any discipline preferably science background.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 08-12 years' working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Minimum 03 years' working experience as First Line Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
- Strong computer skills; time-management, organizational and planning skills
- Proven high-level sales, sales management, and marketing skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence KOLs
- Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail
