Job Description:
- Formulate and implement product-wise marketing strategies and oversee ongoing product activities, ensuring corrective actions based on market feedback.
- Gather and analyze market and competitor data to identify market size, market share, opportunities, and threats across all product categories.
- Track and monitor competitors` promotional and marketing activities, provide feedback to the reporting authority, and design strategic responses.
- Develop Plan of Action (POA) and promotional materials (literature, pads, booklets, stickers, posters, gifts, etc.) within the allocated budget.
- Actively participate in lectures, seminars, symposiums, and other scientific events to strengthen product and corporate image and build relationships with key customer groups.
- Visit doctors and chemists to understand market dynamics, formulate strategies, and train Medical Information Officers (MIOs) and other field force members accordingly.
- Conduct Cycle Meetings and deliver effective product presentations and training sessions for field force personnel.
- Generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns and product development programs.
- Introduce new products and ensure sustainable growth of assigned products.
- Design and implement dynamic and innovative promotional plans, programs, and activities.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements
- Age Specification: 22 to 32 years
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from any reputed university.

- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills with strong market insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel as and when required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and adaptability.
