One Pharma Limited is looking for a reliable, honest & dedicated Depot In-Charge who will be responsible for looking after overall depot functions effectively & efficiently.

Job Description:
- Looking after overall depot functions e.g. Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Order Processing, Logistics, Transportation as well as Security of depot.
- Managing end-to-end distribution operations of the depot in a cost-effective manner.
- Preparing delivery schedules by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
- Ensuring an optimal level of stock for uninterrupted supply as per demand and maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring proper supply and on-time delivery to the market, as well as sales collection, deposit & outstanding management, and proper maintenance of depot petty cash.
- Monitoring the activities of the Delivery Assistant to ensure timely recovery of collections against bills and outstanding payments.
- Overseeing overall administrative activities, including vehicle and security management, to ensure efficient, uninterrupted operations and maintenance of the depot.
- Taking initiatives to ensure the proper implementation of SOPs, Policies and GDP guidelines.
- Arranging necessary licenses to operate the depot and ensure renewals as required.
- Planning and minimizing costs for CAPEX, OPEX, OT, allowances, bills, etc., while liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, transporters, banks, and agents etc.
- Ensuring to prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and ensure optimal space utilization of the warehouse, along with safety, security, and compliance.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the entire workforce of the depot function to achieve overall business goals.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

Job Requirements
- Age Specification: 35 to 45 years
- Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance (candidates who have completed B. Com/ M. Com major in Accounting can also apply).

Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements:
- 10 years (Minimum 3-5 years’ Experience in DIC position)
- Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals industry will get preference.
