Job Description:
- Ensure portfolio performance in terms of Rx share, Rx snap & sales
- Creating innovative and challenging promotional campaigns and strategies for assigned products
- Design and develop promotional tools and packaging materials for effective promotion of assigned products
- Find out market niche to introduce new and innovative products
- Launching of new products
Compensation & Other Benefits:

Job Requirements

Age Specification: 24 to 30 years
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- From reputed Public and Private University
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Preference will be given to the candidates having 1-2 years of working experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company of Product Management Department.
- Well conversant with MS word, MS excel, Microsoft power point applications.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical & reasoning ability.
- Excellent communication skill in English & Bangla.
