Job Description:
- Preparation and Implementation of Monthly Production Plan as per ROFO, Sales & Marketing Plan
- Ensure total quality according to cGMP
- Support installation and validation of machinery and process
- Co-ordinate with Product Development department for new product transfer
- Guarantee of continuous supply of products manufactured at best costs in accordance with best quality standards
- Cost consciousness use of energies and subsidiary materials and readiness of perfect technical status of the manufacturing rooms and equipment
- Prepare related SOPs
- Initiate Innovative ideas for improvement of production
- Maintain good interpersonal relationship with other cross functional department for smooth production support
