Job Description:
- Perform in In-process Checking, BMR, BPR and SOP's preparation and checking during manufacturing of products and Dispensing of raw materials.
- To maintain ISO 9001:2015 related documents
- Participate in all qualification and validation activities.
- Ensure Proper documentation of all quality assurance related documents.
- Ensure required GMP, GLP Training of QC/Production/Engineering/Ware house Personnel.
- Maintain all Compliance related activities and documentation.
- Validation of analytical methods, Cleaning & Qualification of equipment.
- Organize and assure analytical activities of raw materials, packing materials and finished products and ensure quality of product by implementing guidelines of WHO, ICH, BP, USP, FDA etc.
- Monitoring the toll manufacturing with Elanco Bangladesh Limited and Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
- Monitoring the production activity of Eon Animal Health Products Ltd.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
