Job Description:
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales target in value/ volume.
- Monitor & supervise the entire sales territory as well as visit Oncologists / Hematologists.
- Monitor team activities/ performance & motivate team to reach the target.
- Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player.
- Drive associates to organize scientific programs.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements: B. Pharm/M. Pharm (Experienced person will get preference)
Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years
- Good communication skills
- Can drive motorcycle
- Self-motivated
